While the house is located in a very private setting that includes beautiful mountain and rainforest views, it’s still just a 10 minute drive from the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean and miles of empty, pristine beaches. It is also only 15 minutes from the bustling port of Quepos, home of the world-renowned Manuel Antonio National Park and the new Marina Pez Vela, and only an hour and a half drive from San Jose airport.

The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, with sleeping accommodations for up to 6. It also has 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, air conditioning, flat-screen television, washer, dryer and garage.

In the garden you will find stunning tropical flowers along with banana trees, cinnamon trees and mangoes. Most of your closest neighbors are monkeys, toucans and a variety of exotic birds, all of which can be seen while sitting on the balcony or taking a dip in the pool.
